Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native that performed in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her a BA (with the highest distinction) in Theater and Communication. Upon her move into Los Angeles Kelly quickly became active in theater, acting and choreographing over two dozen shows. These included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan in Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly began landing television and film roles while she was studying in improvisation and with The Groundlings. She also became a member of Theatre West. Kelly's distinct voice and diminutive dimensions have let her perform a wide range of character types. Her name was well-known to the general public for playing the character of the villainous Samara along with Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. However her most well-known role is as the bright and cheery receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly played a part in an ongoing series on TV Land's The Exes in which she was a party-hopper and paralegal during the days. Additionally she appeared as an Regular in ABC Romantically Challenged where she played the sassy sexpert younger cousin of Alyssa Miano. She also played the suburban mother who is over-stressed in CW No Tomorrow. Her fame is based on the soprano singing voice she has in numerous animated shows. This includes Doctor McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recently, she has appeared as the lovable, dim Cloud 9 employees on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. Alongside her husband and two children, she leads living a peaceful lifestyle.
